At LinkedIn, I led a company-wide change management initiative during a major restructuring of the global sales organization. The shift impacted 4,000 employees and 300 people managers, all of whom were being reassigned to new sales teams. If not handled well, this move could have disrupted a mission-critical part of the business.

To ensure a smooth transition, in partnership with senior leadership in sales and HR, I created a comprehensive manager playbook that laid out key messages, timelines, FAQs, and strategies for supporting teams through change. I also created a webinar that included role plays for people managers to coach them on how to prepare and guide their employees through the changes.

The result? Minimal disruption to the business and strong, positive feedback from people managers, who said they felt prepared and supported during what could have been a challenging process. This work not only protected business performance—it strengthened trust and communication between leaders and their teams during a moment of significant change.
